white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;">自从参加了第一次禅拍课程(11月6日),我就踏上了拍打的旅程。第一天拍打半小时,第二天增加到1小时,看到手指头红润有血气,被效果鼓励。第三天,零零散散拍了2个小时,大腿拍青了,当晚手前臂非常痛,影响到睡眠。之后几乎停止了拍打,偶尔只拍几下。几天后(11月19日),承蒙唯勤师兄邀请一起拍,于是和几个朋友一起,重新开始拍打,大家在晚上9点开始报数,我是1.5小时开始,逐渐增加到2个小时,最高有一次达到4小时,基本是2小时,大部分日子手臂有些痛,心情有点烦,仿佛是在完成任务。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;">在禅指交流会的直播中,听到老师和同学们的分享后,又仿佛被打了鸡血。特别是听说他们都能够一天拍打六个小时,普遍得到轻安和欢喜,过去什么病痛都好了。我想,可能必须达到这样的时间量,才能有明显的效果,就决定试试,不然总是软绵绵的。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;">当时是很想体验一下完成6小时的感觉。第二天,竟也比平时起得早,早饭前就拍了2个小时,时不时看直播视频拍的,有老师的示范,时间不知不觉就过去了。白天中午、下午再各两个小时,又是看看直播视频,就完成了。这让我有了很大的信心,原来我也能完成。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(6, 6, 7);"><b>在拍打前,必须解决两个问题</b> 身体和心理的准备。身体座位上,坐垫的高度调整合适,如果是散盘,</span><span style="color: rgb(6, 6, 7);">腰部垫一个枕头,腰有点靠到,背部没有靠到,当拍打腹股沟前面时,可</span><span style="color: rgb(6, 6, 7);">让腰部后靠一点,这样手比较好放,拍打起来更顺手,我还用了一个毯子盖膝盖和脚。</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);">每个人坐姿可能不同,调整到好下手状态。</span><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">心理上,拍之前放下了其他事情的牵挂,才能专注于拍打</span><span style="color: rgb(6, 6, 7);">,不要觉得拍打是浪费时间,完成任务,等会儿还要干啥干啥的。比如决心要拍了,就当作其他事情都没事了。排除对拍打效果的疑惑,也不要幻想什么什么的。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;"><b>我是如何专注的</b> 有时候睁眼看手的上下起伏,轻重急缓,但看久了,可能会昏沉,因为头是低下来的,那么眼光就要抬高一点往前看。有时候闭眼,用心眼去看手,体会。张老师说心引气于手,进行拍打,意到气到。时不时看到心跑掉,看心的方法就是隆波帕默尊者的法谈里说的。禅拍是修习四念处,每天做固定形式练习,让心有禅定,再觉知身心。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;">拍打过程中,根据情况调整,比如散盘时,拍大腿内侧久了,手扭着很痛,移动一下位置,拍拍前面,或上面或侧面,再比如中间,拍拍手臂。在急速的拍打之后,有时突然停下来,体会一下身心无我。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; letter-spacing: 0.25px; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; color: rgb(6, 6, 7);"><b>拍打过程中,不想拍了如何调整?</b> 心理上,我后来是通过观看老师的示范,把拍打那一段20秒截取来,循环播放,跟随老师的节奏,使得拍打不再无聊或烦恼,手变成自动拍,心也平静后再回来专注。这个作用会带动一下情绪,后面自动拍了,就可以不看了。身体上,</span>手指的开裂和红肿会不想用力拍,就变得拍轻一点,手指蜻蜓点水似的,有这个节奏就可以,<span style="font-family: -apple-system, blinkmacsystemfont, "Helvetica Neue", helvetica, "segoe ui", arial, roboto, "PingFang SC", miui, "Hiragino Sans GB", "Microsoft Yahei", sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.25px; color: rgb(6, 6, 7); white-space-collapse: preserve !important;">弹钢琴似的,过渡一下,后面忘记了,自然会加一些力度。手痛了,就换一下拍的位置,怕肌肉拉酸,散盘的腿痛了,就换一下左右,或变成平直。不想拍的话,因人而异,根据情况换一下,换了后,前面那个痛就没有了,或者观痛,受是无常,身是苦。以前不想拍的念头一直在,没去解决,所以后面都不想拍。张老师的九住心那堂课里讲了,思惟力,续住。有些天困了就直接去睡了,后来不困,小困看老师视频转移了一下。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;"><b>哪个地方用力? </b>手指是被手腕带动的,张老师有一个双手在空中招手的动作。然后拍起来时,上半身又有点象小跑步,腰部有点在动,像女子稍微扭腰。想起张老师之前教的一个神功甩手原理。很多功夫都要求腰要发力。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; word-break: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(6, 6, 7);">如果每天6小时,占用时间很多,难得天天有,必须放下其他的学习或事情才行,先一个阶段体验也好。</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);">体验六小时的某天,身心是会有了一个突破。所以,</span><span style="color: rgb(6, 6, 7);">只要时间准备好了,每个人都可以做到,然后会形成肌肉记忆。拍顺了,只1小时,也能达到身心调整的效果。拍的时候,我现在一般是2小时稍息,干点别的事,当作活动。中间有事打断,就起来一下。</span></p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;">早上起来都会先做一些运动,差不多50分钟,以前练的,比如:前后甩手,神功左右甩手,反掌划圈上下起蹲,莲花生动功,按在桌子边缘做俯卧撑等。这些运动也有通经络、调呼吸、增能量的作用。有些人早上锻练是别的,都有作用,全身要活动开来。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;"><b>开肩问题:</b> 拍打腹股沟前面时,肩是往后一点的,所以拍打久了,肩会矫正,改善含胸驼背。我以前也是含胸驼背的,看淘宝上有卖“开肩直背神器”的弹力肩带,受启发后,把10斤米装在双肩背包里,在家里走路时也背着,在外面走路时也背着,背了几天,背得肩痛,强制把肩后拉了。这样拍打时也好下手。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit; white-space-collapse: preserve !important; word-break: break-word !important;">以上个人体会,仅供参考。 2025.1.1补充:2024.12.10~12.30,又连续每天拍了4小时,其中有几天不想拍,也只是中间半小时,但很快转化了,一边听听什么。手有时会出现小开裂,注意喝水,涂护手霜,戴手套不碰水,开裂处手指夹着继续拍,手不要停。总之,全部算起来,连续拍了41天。身体效果,背部通畅了,肺部舒畅了,腿部会时常有麻麻感,手指尖和脚底板前面有血色。每个人的身体效果不同,明显的,皮肤会改善,病灶会好。</p><p style="box-sizing: inherit;
